Service Description
Somatic Mindful Movement focuses on the regulation of the autonomic nervous system by focusing on the client's perceived body sensations. Using Somatic Experiencing we create gentle movement, while utilizing the breath, to re pattern the mind and body. These tools help to create awareness of where we feel stress in the body and mind in order to stop the same pattern from repeating itself. Healing forms of Yoga Asana (exercise) are integrated in the sessions. This could include accessible gentle Hatha, restorative, and/or yin for fascia release. Miranda is Prenatal Yoga Certified and qualified for fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal for those individuals who want to be guided in an informed and safe session.
