Find your breath. With the proper breathing tools for your unique needs we can be lead to create an accessible meditation practice. Own your breath and take control of your mind and body. There are specific breathing tools for anxiety and ones if you are feeling like you have no energy. When we are dealing with anxiety, it can be hard to come into meditation. Let's find the breathing tools specific for you! These sessions include integrating somatic awareness and lead with trauma awareness.
