About the event
Make it a yoga playdate and connect deeper with your child. Children (ages 3- 10 years old) and parents/caregivers will be invited to move in yoga poses with their child, and use mindful breathing tools.
There will be space to play as we engage in social and emotional learning activities.
Families will expand their emotional tool belt to create their very own peaceful playground at home!🙏🏽
$18 includes parent and child, and Ayurvedic Spring teas and beverages post workshop.
